International shipping is not available at this time

All orders ship within 5 business days. Of course, we are trying to get every order shipped out as soon as possible and we will update you with the tracking information for your order once it is shipped. You order will arrive shortly after, depending on your proximity to our warehouse at South NJ.

As much as the packaging is designed to protect the bike from dents and scratches in some cases the carrier don't handle the package properly. You can contact us with the damage details and we can either replace the damaged parts for you a take care of a return for your bike or its replacement.
